Allah revealed to Muhammed the Prophet (SAW), out of all the things He has given to the sons of Adam, the fast is for Him (Allah).
The beauty, serenity, happiness and peace that accompany the spiritual awakening one will experience during the Blessed Month of Ramadan is beyond one person’s collective explanation. It is something one must experience for him/herself to really know its benefits.
Abstaining from food, drink and sex during the daylight hours, reading of the Qur’an daily, the extra prayers one engages in become stimulants to this awaking process.
Allah tells us in the Qur’an, the fast has been given to us to teach us self-restraint. (Holy Qur’an 2:183)  In addition, there are great health benefits (side effects) attached to the fast that are also blessings from your lord.
Many people, as they begin the fast, will not sense a loss of strength at all. In fact, they will begin to feel stronger. This is not an unusual experience.
In the medical sense, a fact that has been observed in thousands of invalids is that instead of losing strength while fasting, they gain it. Invalids who were growing weaker on so-called nourishing diets, that are commonly advised, will frequently begin to grow stronger as they start to fast.
The paradox that we see, of sometimes the weakest person deriving the greatest benefit from a period of abstinence, is a reality. The weakness is not due to a lack of food but in many cases to a toxic state of the body.
The idea most popular is the weak must be built up. They are told they are too weak to fast. Even while the person is steadily growing weaker on what is called good nourishing food, it is assumed the food build-up must go on. Sometime this is a great error.
Even when the patient is in the bed without the ability to turn over, in pain, with fever, and getting weaker as the days past because they are unable to digest their food, many physicians believe we must keep feeding.
If you feed the person abundantly, will they recover? Sometimes they will, but the feeding is not the cause of the recovery. If they die at this critical time, over feeding could be the cause of death.
Will fasting save their life? Not always, but sometimes they have a better chance for recovery with supervised fasting than eating.
It is a popular belief that man is heavily dependent on food supplies every few hours, and if he misses a few meals he will get weak and die. Well or sick, contemporary man is expected to eat three meal per day.
We are to be deaf and blind and silent to the internal distress signals we are receiving and continue to eat despite them. If there is no desire for food eat anyway; if there is a acute repugnance for food, disregard it; if there is nausea, eat; if digestion is impaired and impossible, eat anyway.
If a person has cancer they may not want to eat, but that is one exception.
Thousands of people are feed to death annually in hospitals, nursing homes and at home by well meaning persons who are ignorant of the regenerative properties of fasting,
Herbert M. Shelton points out in his book titled “Fasting Can Save Your Life”: “In the animal world, fasting is a tremendously important factor of existence. Animals fast not only when sick or wounded but also during hibernation or aestivation.”
He also states, “Animals also survive forced fasts during periods of drought, snow, cold and live for long periods when no food is available.”
Further relevant to man, he says, “In mankind, fasting has been practiced in various parts of the world over centuries for religious reasons, for self-discipline, for political purposes and as a means of restoring health.
“Only in recent centuries has the concept that we must eat to keep our strength become a deeply entrenched idea.”
One of the greatest side effects of the Ramadan fast is the detoxification process. As the body is free of having to digest, it has more strength to cleanse and detox itself. It seems as though, the more rest the internal organs get, the greater their ability to heal themselves.
The human body is designed upon the pattern of dynamism (Fitra). Dynamic activity leads to dynamic rest, and dynamic rest leads to dynamic activity.
For example, if you watch children, they are in motion from the time they get up until the time they go to bed. When they go to sleep its like they are in a coma. The more dynamic their activity the deeper is their sleep. The deeper their sleep the more dynamic is their activity.
Our internal organs are on this same pattern: The more rest you give them from digestion, the stronger they become.
Fasting does not heal your body; the body is always in the process of healing itself, if it has the strength. Fasting merely affords the climate the body needs for self-healing to take place.
Fasting will not heal a broken bone or repair gum disease or get rid of tumors. But the body has the ability to correct these problems naturally, when the conditions are ripe in it.
Fasting will detox the blood stream of impurities that circulate throughout the body, which ultimately cause the metabolic processes to restrict vital functions such as sleeping adequately, thinking sharply, remembering, seeing, hearing, etc.
The body will provide us with all these functions in an optimal sense, if we will give it a chance. Fasting clears the way for the body to work upon itself.
Weight lost is also a side effect of the Ramadan Fast. Just by virtue of the fact that most of us will be consuming less calories, the weight most likely will be reduced. And we are cautioned not to be gluttonous at the breaking of the fast each day.
The clearing of the complexion, skills of concentration sharpened, more effective management of ones affairs are all positive side affects of the Ramadan Fast.
A nutritious Sahoor Meal before daybreak, will be helpful in directing the body toward cleansing and regeneration. A good vitamin and mineral supplement will help stimulate the immune system. A green drink will help in blood building and energy production during the fast.
Exercise some if possible, but you don’t have to over do it. The body wants the rest. You don’t want to spend the entire fast sleeping, but when you feel the need, rest.
Keep the fast, read the Qur’an and keep up prayer. And if it is Allah’s Will, you will have a great Ramadan.
Ramadan Mubarak  (in advance)!

The health of mankind has always been a major issue to human beings since the commencement of human evolution. However, the human race’s inability to procreate has never been an issue as a whole. Sexual dysfunction has always been an isolated matter on behalf of men and women. And so it is today.

Allah has clocked into the human cell the concept of self-perpetuation. Under this concept comes the aspect of reproduction, adaptation and steady state control. The concept of self-perpetuation and its related aspects that are built into the cell is designed to protect the human being from extinction.

The human being’s inability to engage in the sexual act because of sexual dysfunction is of the utmost importance to most people. During marriage, when the instinctive desire for sex is still active, but the body won’t respond, then the natural inclination for humans is to look for substances to stimulate the process.

The magnetism between the masculine and feminine gender of life is a powerful driving force that can at times push logic out of the way. The sensation of sexual expression can only be found in the sex act.

Because of its power for expression, one must be careful that the substance used, in dysfunctional cases, for restoration is not life threatening or harmful to the overall health.

To date, women don’t seem to have this problem. However, frigidity is a common problem that many women face. When the wife is in this state, which healthy women don’t want to be in, the husband must be cautious about his use of any stimulating substance.

As a spouse, you don’t want to stimulate your body and can’t get it satisfied at home. The need for communication along the lines of sex between husband and wife cannot be overstated. If you don’t feel the desire anymore, you need to let your spouse know it and seek help if you both want to stay sexually active.

In matters such as this, you must communicate to your spouse because the rest and release of stress that comes from the sexual act is desired in a normal body. If he/she wants to engage in sex and you don’t have the desire, let them know that there is something wrong with your body’s response, so they won’t think you have refused them. But seek help.

A few years ago, Viagra was approved by the FDA for use in the United States in cases of male impotence. Its use is proclaimed to be successful in most men who suffer from erectile dysfunction (ED), the medical term for impotence, which is associated with a number of physical and psychological medical conditions.

It is designed to improve blood flow to the male organ, as a result restoring sexual function in most patients. The question is has it been safe? To date, numerous deaths have been associated with its use.

A warning is on its label to protect the manufacturer from legal ramifications should someone die in the process of its use. I don’t believe that everyone that will fail to heed the warning is unintelligent, but I do believe that the rationale and reason can become hostage to desire in the face of sexual expression.

If the FDA mandates that the manufacturer must caution the user, it seems to me that abstinence from it is in the best interest of the prospect. Roulette is not a game that rational people of faith play.

Because the minds of so many people have been degenerated today, the business and commercial industry realizes it can perpetuate just about anything on the American and world public.

The public expression of sex carries with it no shame today, and through its influence the masses are victimized. So now with the eye of the public open, they sell the masses destruction in the name of health, and the masses accept it as normal.

Millions of dollars are required to be spent on research for drugs to be patented in this country. Once the research is complete, even if the drug will kill under certain circumstances, because the lobby on behalf of pharmaceutical companies is so strong the drug gets approved for use until too many die.

There are herbal formulas that have been used by every people in every culture on this earth since man can remember to address male impotence and female frigidity. These formulas were safe yesteryear and they are safe today.

But because herbs or natural substance cannot be patented because they belong to Allah (creation or nature), the money isn’t spent for research and development.

So these remedies are not yet massively known today in this country.  For great male and female formulas without side effects, call my office. These formulas are less expensive than Viagra or other drugs. The need for humans to use lecithin, which is a great source of phosphorous to feed the brain, cannot be understated.

Sometimes the sexual dysfunction is coming from the psychological side of the life, or the hormonal system may be out of balance. And phosphorus is needed to stimulate the brain’s sexual function. However, your body may be in need of some basic therapeutic attention also.

Using your organic substances is the best way to satisfaction without complication. Remember, if you are an older person, your heart won’t take the same exertion as when you were young, if you have not been physically active. So don’t over do it.

When our ability to take action is enslaved to procrastination, the outcome is usually degeneration or mediocrity. The will to live physically is fostered by the instinctive principle of self-perpetuation that’s inherent in the life germ that makes up each cell in the biological form.
However, the conscious will to be healthy in the biological form carries with it the faculty of choice. It is this “I will to be” or choice that can be enslaved to concepts of limiting belief that stop humans from having the health, wealth and happiness that G-d promised them in the Scripture.
Our perceptions about matters, mostly private, either prohibit or stimulate our will to act. If we say “I can” but in the deep recesses of our souls believe we can’t, then we won’t move with conviction to achieve what we think we can.
Our inherent self-esteem and self-worth which G-d puts into our souls seek to express themselves in an excellent way. However, our ego, that which is a part of our mental makeup, can function in a less than excellent way and influence our will into making poor choices.
Adam, in his excellent human nature, is challenged by iblis, a complex within himself – a complex that thinks it is better than the excellent human nature that G-d made. This complex seeks to get in the way of your righteous and rational choices.
This complex tries to make us believe that living a life that’s less than what G-d expects is acceptable. Iblis knows that all your decisions are influenced by pleasure and pain. Sometimes, we justify being obese, when we think about the pain of losing the weight.
All humans are driven neurologically based upon pleasure and pain. Pleasure and pain as states of consciousness influence every decision we make. We eat or don’t eat based upon pleasure or pain. Even when we fast and we feel the pain of hunger, the pleasure of pleasing G-d is over-riding the pain of hunger.
We may feel the pain of going to work, but the lack of pleasure in being able to pay our bills overrides the pain of going. Paying the bills gives more pleasure for most people than going to work.
In order to free the “enslaved will,” we must learn to make new neurological decisions. The pain of losing weight must become a fantasy pleasurable experience. In order to unlock the will, you must see yourself now with the weight gone.
If you cannot imagine the present appearance changed, then it will never change. Use your imagination with greater excellence and see yourself with your mind functioning better, your body more agile, blood pressure down, blood sugar balanced, no back pains, swelling gone, clothes fitting better, etc.
Realizing that this is mostly mental action, the need to set goals that are time specific and result oriented is crucial. Be reasonable with yourself, but you must take action and this requires unshackling your will.

On Feb. 5, 2014, CVS announced it will stop selling cigarettes and other tobacco products at its more than 7,600 CVS/pharmacy stores across the U.S. by Oct. 1, 2014, making CVS/pharmacy the first national pharmacy chain to take this step in support of the health and well-being of its patients and customers.
According to a statement from CVS, “ Ending the sale of cigarettes and tobacco products at CVS pharmacy is the right thing for us to do for our customers and our company to help people on their path to better health,” said Larry J. Merlo, President and CEO of CVS Caremark.
The CVS press release should rekindle the age-old debate among Muslims: Is smoking allowed in Islam? Historically, Islamic scholars have mixed views on smoking, because cigarettes are a recent invention; therefore, one cannot find a verse in the Qur’an or in the sayings of the Prophet (PBUH) forbidding cigarette smoking in Islam.

There are general principles in Islam which Islamic scholars use to make a legal ruling in matters not covered by the Qur’an or Sunnah; these rulings are a fatwas, or a legal verdict. Once a fatwa is issued, the followers of that particular Mathab or school of thought are expected to comply with the decision.

The legal ruling of most Muslim scholars has forbidden the use of tobacco products. However, there are some Muslims who argue that smoking falls under the category of makrooh, a word given to all matters disliked, hated, or detested and actions referred to negatively in the Qur’an and Sunnah and, therefore, not as serious as haram or something forbidden.

The Qur’an 5:90 states: “O you who have attained to faith! Intoxicants, and games of chance, and idolatrous practices, and the divining of the future are but a loathsome evil of Satan’s doing, shun it, then, so that you might attain to a happy state!”

Most Muslim scholars believe that tobacco is an idolatrous practice and all forms of tobacco constitute an intoxicating substance. “O ye who believe! Eat not up your property among yourselves in vanities. But let there be amongst you traffic and trade by mutual goodwill. Nor kill (or destroy) yourselves; for verily Allah hath been to you Most Merciful!” (Qur’an 4:29)

Arguably, we know the harm of smoking to one’s general health. The negative health consequences of smoking are liken to one killing him or her self; smoking is a slow suicidal death. The justness of man’s spiritual nature is based on or behaving according to what is morally right.

The Qur’an 30:30 states: “So set thou thy face steadily and truly to the Faith; (establish) Allah’s Handiwork according to the pattern on which He has made mankind: no change (let there be) in the work (wrought) by Allah; that is the standard Religion, but most among mankind understand not.”

The Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act requires the FDA to include warning labels on cigarette packages and in cigarette advertisements.  On June 22, 2011, the FDA published a final rule requiring color graphics depicting the negative health consequences of smoking to accompany the nine new textual warning statements.

Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) said: “Leave that which made you doubt for that which does not make you doubt.”

All acts that are averse to the sacredness of Islam are undesirable for Muslims. Doubtful acts can easily lead to punishable sinful acts, such as the drinking of alcohol, drug dependency, fornication and adultery. Satan misleads and deceives the ungrateful ones with vain desires.

The desire to indulge in adverse acts first comes from a want to emulate others. The Prophet (PBUH) warned Muslims about imitating non-Muslims. He said: “You will imitate the nations before you very closely, to the extent that if they went into a lizard’s hole, you will enter it as well.”

This press release from CVS, the second largest drugstore chain, contains a forward-looking statement, it sends a message. President Barack Osama praised CVS Caremark’s decision to take tobacco products off the shelves, saying it will save lives and reduce health care costs.

Muslim businesses should following the lead of CVS Caremark and halt the sells of Haram and Makrooh items in their place of business. This is a grand opportunity for Muslims who own business throughout this country to use this opening to promote the true meaning of Islam at a time when our great religion is under so much negative scrutiny.

Let us all band together and propagate the noble characteristics of the Qur’an and Sunnah. “Let there arise out of you a band of people inviting to all that is good, enjoining what is right, and forbidding what is wrong: They are the ones to attain felicity.” (Qur’an 3:104)

Americans seeking a refreshing outlook in a challenging market can set their sights on the “Green Economy.”

In the year 2014, the term “Green Economy” is commonly used to describe a burgeoning new market where many more jobs are being created than eliminated.  The construction industry is one sector that points to this.

A study conducted by the US Green Building Council (USGBC) shows that from 2000–2008, the green construction market has:

Generated $173 billion dollars in GDP

Supported over 2.4 million jobs

Provided $123 billion dollars in labor earnings

From 2009–2013, this study forecasts that green construction will:

Generate an additional $554 billion dollars in GDP

Support over 7.9 million jobs

Provide $396 billion in labor earnings

If that doesn’t get your attention then consider a viewpoint local and national policymakers may hold when weighing the facts….

Americans concerned with the constant wave of job loss overseas can now hear a repeal, green construction and renovation activities are seen as an opportunity to spur domestic job creation because these jobs cannot be outsourced to other countries and they require workers with new and traditional skills.

Jobs Statistics by NAICS Industry (Source:  USGBC Green Jobs Study)

McGraw Hill defines green building as one built to LEED standards, an equivalent green building certification program, or one that incorporates numerous green building elements across five category areas: energy efficiency, water efficiency, resource efficiency, responsible site management and improved indoor air quality.

Projects that only feature a few green building products (e.g., HVAC systems, waterless urinals) or that only address one aspect of a green building, such as energy efficiency, are not included in this calculation.

More than one-fourth of the projected fastest growing occupations are related to construction which include occupations that typically require apprenticeships, projected to grow the fastest at 22.5 percent.

These jobs are often introduced through initiatives funded by local and state governments to reach people with a broad range of education and experience levels.

Agencies providing grants, financing, tax-credit equity, and technical assistance to developers who meet the criteria for affordable housing that promotes health, conserves energy and natural resources, and provides easy access to jobs, schools and services make it possible for many of the construction and trade organizations to provide on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs.

As green construction becomes more widespread, new opportunities to enter the market arise.

Creating jobs six times faster than the overall job market, the solar industry has become a robust engine of job growth, totaling over 119,000 new jobs as reported by the U.S. Bureau of Labor and Statistics.

These numbers help to solidify the argument that the investment in solar energy has considerable long-term payoffs and here’s why:  Sunlight, the most abundant source of potential energy on the planet, generates enough energy every hour to meet the world’s energy usage for an entire year, according the U.S. Department of Energy.

As solar energy becomes more cost-effective and as it expands in usage, there is a growing need for more manufacturing workers to make solar panels, construction workers to build power plants, solar photovoltaic installers to install solar panels, and so on.

Now more than ever, solar projects are becoming more prevalent in the U.S. and more people are interested in going solar at home and work. Because of a growing interest in renewable energy, the many environmental benefits and the increasingly competitive pricing with fossil fuels, solar energy has become a formidable force for new market contenders.

Solar job figures reflect a stronger demand for clean energy generation according to the Energy Department.

Independent analysis has shown that investments made by the Department's Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy have accelerated the growth of the U.S. solar industry and it is anticipated that this robust growth will continue through 2030.

Statistics tell us today approximately 20 million pounds of aspirin are sold in the United States alone annually. Over 15 tons of aspirin are consumed hourly. It has been manufactured to address pain of all types, from arthritic to head aches.
It is used on such an ongoing bases, because 1) aspirin is inexpensive; 2) it’s easily available without prescription; 3) it is believed by most that aspirin is non habit forming; and  4) it makes one feel more confortable by easing pain.
Because of these reasons, aspirin is massively used each day and has become a habitual routine for suffers of arthritis, headaches, backaches, etc. Arthritic suffers and other users use it in increasing amounts. Many become so dependent on aspirin they can hardly live without the drug.
People need to be informed on how much damage this so-called “harmless” drug is doing to them daily.
Among health practitioners, there is a general agreement that aspirin is a toxic drug, with many side effects. The Journal of the American Medical Association stated in its Nov. 15, 1947, issue, aspirin – which is technically known as acetylsalicylic acid along with many other patented drugs which feature aspirin as the main ingredient – can cause severe poisoning and result in pathological changes in the brain, liver and the kidneys.
The ingredients of the drug is still the same today. Used over a long period of time aspirin is known to destroy immune system agents that promote the healing properties in the human body.
It has the ability to cover up symptoms in the acute stage of illness and ultimately the problem gradually becomes more chronic through protracted use.
The Journal of the American Medical Association has also reported that even small doses of aspirin can cause cardiac weakness with excessive pulse rate, edematous swelling of the mucus membrane, irregular pulse and occasionally albuminuria (albumin in urine).
Aspirin is also reported to be antagonistic to many vitamins and vitamin C especially. It is reported that it destroys huge amounts of vitamin C while in the body.
Its toxic side effects contribute to bleeding and blood thinning. Pregnant women and hemophiliacs are warned against its use. It also has toxic side effects of delirium or a state of incoherence, restlessness and confusion.
If you believe this, it should be enough information to make you aware that aspirin is not the harmless factor it is portrayed to be.
An aspirin is an analgesic which only means it can relieve pain. There are natural herbs that are pain relieving or analgesic in nature that don’t carry side effects, such as Black and White Willow.
These herbs are used daily throughout the world by wise people who suffer with pain, instead of acetylsalicylic acid or unnatural aspirin. Black Willow and White Willow are natural “aspirins” and are non toxic.
Their applications are for inflammation and pain, they reduce fever and they target the nervous system. They are good for internal and external use.
The part of the plant that is used is the bark. It may be referred to as willow bark or in homeopathic remedies as salix nigra and salix alba respectively.
Herbal Alignment, which consists of the combination herbs Capsicum and Indian Tobacco, is a marvelous remedy for back and joint pain, headaches, heart problems and circulation.
Externally on the back and joints it should be used with Peppermint Oil. It targets the circulatory system. If you suspect a heart attack, use Herbal Alignment in a cup of warm water or for any unnatural bleeding.
For external use, apply about six drops of peppermint oil starting at the top of the neck and down the spine to the tip of the tailbone. Also apply it down the sides of the neck behind the ears, rub into each jaw coming toward the chin, and bring the peppermint oil on down across the shoulders.
On top of the peppermint oil, gently apply approximately twenty drops of Herbal Alignment. Do not apply plastic or heat to this area. This application is very soothing for the back and will help to maintain chiropractic adjustments.
Do not take a shower immediately after this has been applied. After applying peppermint oil to someone’s back, wash hands thoroughly and do not rub your eyes, as peppermint oil will cause the eyes to sting (but it will not injure the eyes).
Cloves, known as Caryophyllus aromaticus in homeopathic remedies, is a great pain reliever. Its application is for pain relief, especially for toothaches. It is good for nausea and cramping, and it destroys parasite eggs and cysts.
It is targeted for all systems. The part of the plant used is dried, unopened flower buds.
These are some natural remedies that deal with pain that could take the place of unnatural aspirin at any time.
In many cases, we would do ourselves a great service if we would look for alternatives to many of the traditional drugs that have aspirin in them that are being used today.
However, if you have persistent pain, contact a health practitioner. If you say, “I have,” and you still have the pain, try someone else. Don’t give up; there could be permanent relief for your pain.
If you become wiser and stronger in terms of treating your own health, you can make life more confortable for yourself.

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) was signed into law on March 23, 2010. The ACA is also known as Health Care reform; it is a national health care plan aimed at reforming the American health care system.
Many think that the ACA creates a new government-run insurance plan; that is incorrect. The law does call for the creation of new insurance plans, but the government won't run them.
Health care reform accomplishes many of the goals of so-called universal coverage through: 1) Its interwoven expansion of the existing Medicaid program; 2) increased federal regulation of the health insurance industry; and 3) tax credits to make private insurance more affordable.
President Barack Obama may have signed the Affordable Care Act into law, but according to Wikipedia “the truth is the concept of national health insurance began in the early 20th Century. … Medicare and Medicaid became the United States' first public health insurance programs in 1965.
“The legislation was vigorously opposed by the American Medical Association until it had been enacted, following which the AMA cooperated in its implementation.”
The ACA, or as it is commonly called now “Obama Care,” is the result of decades of ideas from both sides of the political isle and the health care industry. The idea of an individual mandate was first presented by current opponents of the law, the Heritage Foundation in 1989.
Obama Care itself was in fact modeled after “Romney Care,” which is the nickname for the health care reform law implemented in the State of Massachusetts by then Governor Mitt Romney.
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act significantly expanded both eligibility for and federal funding of Medicaid. Under the law as written, all U.S. citizens and legal residents with income up to 133 percent of the poverty line, including adults without dependent children, would qualify for coverage in any state that participated in the Medicaid program.
However, the United States Supreme Court ruled in National Federation of Independent Business v. Sebelius that states do not have to agree to this expansion in order to continue to receive previously established levels of Medicaid funding, and many states have chosen to continue with pre-ACA funding levels and eligibility standards. Obama care has expanded Medicaid  to cover 15 million uninsured low –income Americans.
A few facts about the ACA
The ACA was designed to cut health care costs and provide affordable health insurance, improve the quality of health care in America and make health care accessible to the millions of Americans who could not get health care.
The new health care law aims to reform the health care industry by cutting out waste, reallocating where government funding goes, fixing what doesn't work, and most of all ensuring health care for Americans.
Before the law you could be denied coverage or treatment because you had a pre existing condition, be charged more because you were a woman, be dropped mid-treatment for making a simple mistake on your application, and had little or no way to fight insurance company rulings.
Today all Americans have access to a large number of unprecedented new benefits, rights, and protections.
Most Americans will have to have health insurance by March 31, 2014 or pay a fee on their year-end taxes. Many Americans will be eligible for subsidized health insurance costing anywhere from 0 percent - 9.5 percent of their taxable income.
Subsidized insurance can be purchased through your federally licensed agent or the Health Insurance Marketplace.
If you have Medicare, have health care insurance from your employer, are on Medicaid, or Tricare, or are receiving VA benefits or any government healthcare benefits then you are exempt from purchasing a health care plan.
If you are 64 and under and your total annual pre tax household income is less than 133 percent of the federal poverty line (and you live in one of the states that expanded Medicaid) then you will qualify for assistance to help you pay for your healthcare.
For example an individual making up to $15,282 per year will qualify for Medicaid health care cost sharing subsidies if they are available in their state.
Those making below $15,282 and who live in states that did not agree to the Medicaid expansion will be the hardest hit. Although they can still purchase health care through the marketplace, they will not have any of the subsidies or tax credits available to them and will have to pay full price for insurance if they wish to purchase it.
Those making below $15,282 do not have to buy health care insurance. If an individual makes below $15,282 and cannot afford to purchase health care they will not have to pay a penalty.

Psychosomaticism is diseased condition, which suggests a lack of harmony between mind and body.
There can be many causes for the condition, from physical damage to the brain, or traumatic brain injury (TBI) to the central nervous system being influenced by bad vibrations of thought.
The disease is a lack of communication between the central nervous system, the autonomic nervous system and cells in the body.
All cells in the human body have nerves attached to them, which carry electrical impulses that help to maintain balance and health within themselves. There must be nerve tone to establish or sustain peace and balance in every cell.
When the nerve tone is disturbed or lost, the cells will receive faulty or no impulses from the brain. When this occurs, then normal activity that the brain would stimulate is cut off from those cells and they die to its influence.
It is still possible for healthy cells to function and yet some not at optimal performance.
When an area of the nervous system is badly damaged, then the person will experience a lack of coordination between the brain and an area of the body, which could be central to its communication in the body.
This is a psychosomatic condition. Most of us have experienced symptoms of this when an arm or leg has gone to sleep because the electricity isn’t flowing to that part of the body. However, after circulation is re-established that part of the body works fine.
The good news is that Allah has, in creating the human brain, given it the ability to create new centers within itself, to do the work of the centers that have become sick or destroyed. This new center reestablishes coordination between the brain and that part of the body that it has lost contact with.
At one time in the history of science, man believed that once a brain cell died, it could not be regenerated to life. However, today through the evolution of quantum physics we know man is comprised of no less than one additional body in his physical body. And religion tells us that he has more than that one additional body.
It says that in addition to the mental body, there is a soul or spiritual body. However, I only want to focus on this one additional body that modern science talks about, which is a light body.  A light body, not in terms of weight, but in terms of illumination.
This light body is in every human body. Contemporary esoteric science says that it is the light body in the physical body that regulates the DNA in the cell. And when this light doesn’t reach the cell because of blockage, the information is changed in the DNA within the cell. This then leads to cell transformation or cancer and other degenerate diseases.
Science now knows that if you can remove the blockage and let the light reach those brain cells, new life will emerge. We also know today there are herbal substances that will remove the blockage and let the light contact the cell for regenerative purposes.
Are you saying taking certain herbs will let the light in? That is exactly what I am saying. In addition, I’m saying if you didn’t have this light body, you would not be alive or maybe you wouldn’t be in human form. All life on this planet must have some light in order for it to live and be healthy.
This ability that G-d has given the brain to create new centers in itself to do the work of an inactive center is natural, healthy and in the best interest of the whole organism.
The brain is in control of every system in the body and instinctively has the responsibility and obligation to save all areas of the body that it can.
Amputation is only necessary when light can’t reach the cell to re-establish the DNA.  The coordination of brain and body is the hope of the entire organism.

The world of particles or matter has the spirit or energy of the absolute and eternal law running through it and this is what gives it its life.
Whether it is the mineral life which is inanimate or the plant life with its restricted volitional movement or the animal and human life with their emotion and intelligence, it all comes from the same substance that has a common origin.
While this common substance that all matter comes from has the constituents of water or H-H-O or two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen, the elements are not always in that order in the chain of elements.
This means that while hydrogen and oxygen can be in the same matter, and the matter does not have to be in liquid form. For instance, all paper has the constituents of water in it which causes it to be flexible, but it’s not liquid.
However, if the water were not there, the paper would not bend or the less water the less flexible.
The Qu’ran states all life must have water to exist. This infers to us something about our physical body and waters importance to its livingness and the quality of its life.
If we think about this substance or these particles that originate with the universal mind or Allah, then they must be pure in their natural state. And Allah is The Pure.
With this being true, then maybe this is why all babies or infants come here so flexible and clean that we fear squeezing them or that bringing our germs will threaten their new life. At its creation, the water is pure and life giving.
The more water we have in our body, the more flexible will be our bodies. The less water, the more lifeless will be our bodies. When all the moisture leaves the body, rigormortis sets in. It’s the stiffening process that comes when the water is gone from the body.
When there are inadequate amounts of water in the body, then dehydration leads to the pattern of lifelessness. Needless to say, the elements of H-H-O or water cannot be under used in mortal life and the life be healthy.
In light of man’s evolution on this planet today, we could probably agree that there are grades of water from pure to toxic, this tells us that all water is not equal in quality.
This means the good quality of the life in the body is affected by the quality of the water. So here we have two things that affect the life in the body as it relates to water: 1) Water consumption, and 2) the quality of the water.
The ratio of water to other elements in the human body is three-fourth to one-fourth, respectfully. This means that water is the biggest element in the body. It stands to reason that you need more water each day than all the other elements put together.
Nothing next to air (the mixture of oxygen and nitrogen) is more important than pure water in keeping or building better health or giving more livingness to the body each day.
The proper ratio of consumption daily for the human body varies depending on who you are talking to. Some say eight 8 oz glasses per day; some say drinking when you are thirsty is adequate. I subscribe in view of man’s present evolution that it is best to drink ½ your weight in oz daily to prevent sickness stemming from dehydration. If you are sick, you probably need more than ½ your weight.
If you taste thirst in your mouth, the internal organs are already dehydrated. Today as an American public, we are not an average weight of 150 pounds or what the average original man could have weighed. So I don’t think 75 oz will be adequate in many cases, but it would go a long way. Perhaps 96 oz or 3 quarts daily would be better overall.
There is intercellular water and exterior cellular water. I mean water in the cell and water outside the cell. The water in each body must be clean to insure good health of the cells. Dr.
David Carpenter stated a good analogy is the fish in the fish bowel. The fish are suspended in water, and the water has a certain constitution of which pH is a part. As long as we maintain a certain pH in the fluids, the fish stay healthy. However, if you fail to keep the pH balanced or a pure state, the fish will begin to become lifeless.
Our cells are suspended in fluids. The proper pH for the blood, which the Bible states as “the life of the flesh,” is 7.365 to 7.4. The brain, which is a part of the body, will negatively affect metabolism to keep the blood in the correct range for mortal life.
If the blood pH fell to 7.0, then the mind and body could go into a coma and commence self-dissemination respectfully, based upon natural law. The brain knows this is true, so it moves first to protect its own existence.
Why would the body damage itself by causing disease? The answer is to stop a more immediate death. When the blood stream becomes too acidic, then the brain starts making decisions that are in the best interest of the longevity of the whole body and not just a part.
The acids must be controlled. Potassium, calcium, magnesium, etc., are agents that buffer or control these acids. However, too many acids will drive these buffering agents out of the blood stream.
Then the brain will begin to pull calcium out of the bones and teeth to buffer the acids; this will lead to osteoporosis or bone disease. This shows us how important it is to keep the proper pH, particularly in the blood stream. Fluid pH should be a major key in your decision of water consumption and quality.
We hear so much today about alkalinity and acidity and rightly so, for their importance to the form that life will hold is enormous. If the acid load in the body is too heavy, then it will cause disintegration of tissue and create an environment that parasites and micro biotic life will relish and use as a smorgasbord to perpetuate their existence.
The good news is that those lower forms of life don’t like an alkaline blood stream in the host. Because the quality of the water is next in importance to its consumption, water with an 8.5 to 9.5 pH or alkalinity is what I suggest you drink daily to fulfill part of your health building requirements.
The next thing I want to share with you is connected to the access you already have to water. The Potassium, calcium, magnesium, etc., or bicarbonates, are already in your tap water.
So if you could get those buffering agents in your drinking and cooking water everyday without getting the contaminants, that would be a real blessing living in today’s world. Would you agree?
The chlorine, fluoride, rust, lime and other chemicals in the tap water not to mention the parasites are in some cases known carcinogens or potential cancer causing.     Being able to isolate the pure from the impure in your water is a blessing today because you can.
